Getting Started
Enjoy a space that is comfortable and welcoming. It is a simple process to get started.
What to expect
Typical sessions are 50 minutes long, where we will explore and focus on making healthy changes that feel right for you. It takes tremendous courage to change. The therapy room can be a vulnerable place and the work takes place both in and out of sessions.
Together, we will establish goals for you to pursue outside of the therapy office - where you do your living. Are you willing to make a commitment to growth and change?

About your therapist
As a clinically trained Marriage & Family Therapist, I also have personal experience that contributes to my work with my clients. I worked in Corporate America for a Fortune 500 company prior to taking time off to raise a family with my husband in the local community. I understand the challenges of parenthood, as well as what goes into working with a partner to make our marriage work for nearly 30 years.
My passion for growth and change led to my pursuit of my MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University to become a therapist. These choices and life experiences give me a perspective and insight about what my clients face as we journey together.

Theoretical Orientation:
I work with my clients to adapt my theorectical style to what is the most effective for our work together. I use various psychotherapeutic theories, including Solution Focused, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy, and Family Systems.
